Kelly Schrader has a gift for guiding people into balance and helping them achieve their best life and desires. She creates a safe and accepting space for her clients to talk about their health concerns, while still holding them accountable for their thoughts and actions. In both her own personal journey and while working with others, she has found balance within the body and mind to be critical to a healthy life.
Her career in the healing arts began in 2002 when she embarked on a focused study in yoga and nutrition. Throughout her studies it became increasingly clear that no one diet or lifestyle is right for everyone. Kelly is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is affiliated with Columbia University. Through the institute she was able to study under some of the most prominent leaders in the realm of nutrition, including—Andrew Weil, MD, Barry Sears, MD, Deepak Chopra, MD, Annemarie Colbin, PhD, Paul Pitchford, MS, Neal Barnard, MD, Walter Willet, MD, Marion Nestle, and David Wolfe. Prior to attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Kelly graduated from both the Yoga College of India in Beverly Hills California and the University of Oregon. Kelly holds several degrees and in addition, she is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Prior to founding EVOLVE, she worked in business and advertising and worked in several fields as an organizational developer. While she enjoyed her life in the corporate world, she has found her passion in holistic health counseling—to help individuals become their best self and walk them through their journey in finding optimal health.
