I'm a 62 yr old viet nam vet in school studying poetry together with modern dance, yoga, qigong....on and on. Choreographing my poetry is assisting me in thye ways you speak of. More and more I hang with people with common interests and intentions, engaged, moving, changing, growing. So nice to be part of the solution. I really deserved to read your blog this evening.
